I would like the possibility to have that retractable space that a lot of forum have (usually with the name of spoiler) and allow embed SWF (maybe hidden by a button an loaded if it’s pressed).
Would it be possible? And if it is, would you also like it?
Allowing direct embedding of .swf files is a big security concern and is disabled; however, you can drag and drop an .swf into the text box to upload it to the forum for others to download.
What would be the use of hiding content on the forum?
My idea behind allowing to allow embed sfw is to allow people to directly show creations and examples. The way it would work is haveing a button wich allows, if wanted, to embe it (it’s not called 'till the button is clicked). Obviously that SWF may not be saved in the server. But if it is not possible for security reasons there’s no problem.
This button is usually used to hide big quantities of optional information (for example pictures of a creation or a change log). It’s also usefull in tutorials or in really big posts.
