What happened to the setRegion()?

What ever happened to setRegion(), is it called something else these days? Or am I doing something wrong. Thanks.

I was inquiring about tilemaps and how to use them, ironically I was watching one of your videos and found the solution to the issue. it was setRect(), thankyou.

Is setRegion() the same thing as setRect()? what about setCell()?

setCell would be setTile.
