New game: SEEKER

(TaylorAnderson) #1

Hey guys! Just wanted to let you know of my most recent game created with Flashpunk: SEEKER!

SEEKER is a game of hide and seek for two players in a crude, creepy, black and white world. It’s available at this link: fourthfloorgames.itch.io/seeker.

Intermittent stuttering/jerky/twitchy framerate

Yeah I’m considering fixing that, but it could also lend itself to some clever hiding arrangements :stuck_out_tongue:

it is nice, no need any fixes… also, i’m curioıs about why flashpunk users using low fps rates generally? is there any reason for this?, i’ve no idea… i’m using netbook computer, so, i’m working on a complex action game and have lots of entities, functions, drawing events working continuously in 60FPS and there is no any real performance problems even i can’t surf on the web properly with this slow computer …

are you talking about seeker? i just checked with the console, its fairly consistent at 60fps

so :S that means, my computer works so slow on browser, so i’m feeling games have less FPS on browser, got it now… ohhhhh
