Multiple Hitboxes with different types

I was wondering if someone knew how to set up multiple hitboxes for a single entity and make it so that they all have different type. For example in my case my main hitbox handle all the collisions and I wanted a second one to handle interaction with the ennemies. I understand it has to do with mask but im a bit confused about how to set it up. Thank you flashpunk forum.
